I’m Lolu Sinclair, and I write romance novels (nine at this point), which means I have spent years thinking professionally about why people fall in love, what makes them stay, what makes them leave, and what happens in the very particular hell of the middle, when the falling has finished, and the staying has not yet been decided. 

At some point, I realized I was watching people make the same mistake over and over, and I knew exactly why it was happening. And it felt like a waste to leave all of that knowledge of human nature trapped inside my romance novels. I wanted to find a way to share it. To help make real relationships as rich and satisfying as the fictional ones I spend my days creating. The Masterclass contained here is what came out of that.
